Respected sir, I want to highlight that each and every vendor is selling open cigrate in Chandigarh you can find these shops anywhere .As Chandigarh is smoke free city than why is it allowed to cell tombacco products they shout be ban! In India alone 9-11 lakh people die every year due to its use.

I humbly request you to take strict action about banning on sales of these products.
