Hi,

I'm Chandan Raut, visited service center in last week Tues, 28-Oct-14 for network dropping problem. Also I changed the Vodafone SIM in previous day. Still issue exists.

CS executive updated that, its a motherboard problem and need original bill for the same. Unfortunately I'm not getting the Original bill of the same. But I do have credit card statement for the same, which stats purchase date is of 05-05-14 from Alfa 2 Mumbai.

Request you to kindly consider my request and plz look into the problem. I'm facing serious issue because of the handset.
