Restart Problem in my Grand 2 Mobile

Dear sir,

I bought Samsung Garnd2 mobile few months back. After 1 month of purchase it started giving me Hang and Restart Problem. I kept on observing the cause, but Could not find the solution. After Taking Backup I even Did FACTORY DEFAULT setting. The problem of restart is still there (Some time whole screen become Blur). I always keeps software updates up to date.

Please help me in resolving this issue.
