Dear sir , This is to inform you that on dated 20th oct 2014 I purchased a duster from you and deposited the required documents for registration of the vehicle . On dated 20th nov 2014 when I enquired for the registration certificate they told me that yet challan has not been deposited in RTO.
showroom is using the registration amount meant for govt revenue in promoting their business and iam paying interest to financer for not using the vehicle . Its obvious that without having registered the vehicle its not my legal right to use it .
hence request you to take back my vehicle , return my dowmpayment amount within seven days or else will initiate legal action against you
