Hi,
Please solve the customer's issuse as soon as possible.
As your service support person always commit on providing the repaired mobile in 15-20 days, but always he delay's.
this is not the good behaviour to deal bussiness because you people never complete customer's problem and never satisfy them with your service.
i have also given my mobile but it is almost one month ,there is no response from your side.
and please ON your mobile phone
