Refund of the interest of KCC loan 4%

Nitin Patel sir,

I have took KCC loan from BOB Hansot branch. Loan account number 34610500000030. As per government guideline I am eligible for the vavers in interest declared by the government up to 7%. But every year I pay 7% interest and getting refund of only 3% interest. I have enquired so many times at the branch, but they reply that remaining 4% Waivar is claimed by the branch, but not approved by the government.
I request you to take needful steps on this matter. I am expecting positive reply from you.
