Respected sir,
I would like to bring to your kind information that I had purchased a refrigerator [LG] from M/s Narsingh Sales, Siliguri,dated: 11/7/13, vide cash memo no- 0156. @43000/-
But unfortunately from the day I had purchased that refrigerator, the said refrigerator is not working properly.
I am facing problem in that. The vegetables kept in the refrigerator gets filled with water, resulting in damage of said vegetables,
U can’t believe I had thrown more than 25000/- cost vegetables due to filling water in refrigerator till today.
I am not only suffering monetarily but also mental harassment, my family members always keeps on scolding me about the matter.I had complained more than 5-6 times in LG service centre.
The service man comes and does something n goes away saying that he had made the fridge, but it’s not true. My fridge is in same condition as it was earlier. The vegetables still gets damaged n we have to throw the same.
But , after several complains, one service man of LG service centre [maksud alam, mobile no- 9002069686] came [dated : 22/03/2014] and finally said that the fridge will never get repaired because the model is old and company doesn’t have the related part, henceforth company will refund my money.
He took my original cash memo receipt and cancelled cheque leaf for bank details and said that my money will be refunded and will come in my account directly.
I was bit relaxed and waited for 15 – 20 days, but my account was not credited, I decided to call the said service man [maksud alam] and enquired. He told me to wait further as some of the formalities were still pending from their side, it was informed.
I decided to wait more. But still after 15- 20 days my account was not credited. Again I called the said service man [maksud alam], that day he gave me his area service manager name and number [Mr. Pinaki Roy, mobile no-9734203894]. I called the said officer, he too told me to wait for the last 7- 8 days, but still nothing was done. I called him regularly, he always says, process is going on and on, and will be sort out soon. But sir, not yet done.
