my name is swaroop.from last 5days my phone not working in normal and silent mode.it is only working earphone mode only.but ringing outside as well as normal.number of times i tried to change my profile settings still there is no response in profile menu.it cannot be changed to other modes.plz help me how to activate them.my contact number is 9701549094
