PARTIALITY BEING DONE ON POORS ( FARIDABAD )

I’m working as a social worker and helping needies.
I would like to make notice under senior officers what’s going on ground basis.
On date 5 December 2021 ( 5/12/2021 )
In NIT AREA near ( 3-5 chowk ) removal of encroached government property done by corporation mainly on poor vendors.
No prior notice or verbal notice was given to them.
Immediately action started and started breaking down their wooden racks and boxes in which their coconuts were kept.
If duty officer would had given couple of minutes they would have shifted their coconuts
And then breaking their wooden racks would have done but on the spot their coconuts were also crushed along with racks .
Coconut vendors aren’t wealthy enough so they can buy again them they run their house on daily wages and save money to buy more products.
Why this partiality is being done on poor people only
Otherwise notice are given with time period
Who would be responsible if anyone of them take’s wrong step?
Unpartially enquiry should be done on officer present on that time and compensation should be given to them.
I hope as a humanity justice would be given
