Not selected many exams even though scored good marks everytime

I have given many exams of Rpsc 2018to 2020 I have not been selected not got any answer key of school lecturer 2018 nor marks secured by me. I have not got any details about ARO exam horticulture AO exam AAO FCI AO supervisor Assitant Professor etc. Even though qualified written n interview not been selected. Kindly mention the full details n respective marks din college etc details to me.
