Not booking of gas on phone call

Dear sir,
I am away from west bengal for govt service and my only family is living in sabang. I have a single gas connection bearing consumer No 1225. And I have applied for double since last two years. Ma Aloka Gramin Vitarak Indane gas agency has refused to provide double connection and also refused to accept booking of gas by phone. Distance from home is about 23 km. Booking should be made through phone call (My mobile No 9932024199 & 09485065045)
