Non cleaning of drainage system die to which black water is coming due to overflow in drainage

I have asked the municipality many times to clean the drainage system near by my residence but they always came and then go without cleaning ans replied that they have no instructions to clear they only have instructions to check the situation.
I was shocked that they are doing their job getting their salary for what purpose?
Are they doing their work properly which they need to do without any excuses.
No they are not doing and all the superior officers are also not doing any thing with this regard.
Overflowing of drainage system is now a very common issue in the green city gandhinagar Gujarat and due to which we are in a danger and our drinking water tanks are also mixing with drainage black water and therefore I'm submitting this complaint against the Mayor the Chief Minister and all other officers who are working in that department.
I need to bring drinking water from outside I need to purchase water from outside to survive.
My water tanks are now mixed with drainage water and no one is doing needful and therefore m filing this complain against the government who has taken votes by promising all things and now they are not doing anything. M facing many problems while I need to take bath all the water is smelling and then there is no meaning to take bath Becoz all the water is and due to which our area and family will get effect.
