No response/ non delivery of LPG

My connection is transferred from Anushka to OM VIOM and new connection number allotted as CX 11698875 (that too without informing me only when I tried to book cylinder refill in Nov I came to know about this) I booked through online booking system on 15.11.2014 and got the booking number 201752 however it is nor yet delivered and all the numbers given are switched off. The IVRS system is informing that it is delivered on 10.11.2014. Because all the numbers viz. 65116512, 65116513 and +(91)-9930915312 are switched off hence I am unable to contact them
