My mobile is samsung galaxy core gt-18262.my problem is that while i am using my hanset,it has suddenly gone to switchoff mode and i thought it was just a hanging problem.then i tried to switch on the handset it came to the on mode and the screen turned jumping and turned off. after that it is not getting to the on mode,what can ida?what could be the prblm.please give me a suggestion for my problem.its very urgent.it is just 8 months used.my mobile num is 09402220406.
