My Karbonn A21 mobile not working

2 years back i purchase karbonn A21 model. it was working very well but last month my mobile unfortunately falls down in water. i tried to repair in local mobile shopee, but couldn't repair. Mobile Phones Display is ok, but touch is not working properly also network not connected to sim. IS it possible to repair in service center. Mobile warrenty already finished, if there are some resonable charges for repairing i can pay that one. Please give me solution
