Respected sir,madam, I Sri Joynarayan Bhattacharya a flat purchase and registered on 31.10.2014 at SODEPUR ADSR at Panshila Govt Colony wardno.19 kolkata 700112. Till now no mutation prosses complite by Panihati municipality. Promoter said me all papers submitted the panihati municipality. I went to panihati municipality but no replay this matter. I a Letter sent to the Chair person Panihati municipality on 1.9.2021 by speed post no EW830932965IN. Received on 4.9.2021. But till now no reply this letter. I request you that see the matter and solve my mutation prosses problem. Thanks. Joynarayan Bhattacharya.
