The mobile phone( Mobile A800_IN_BLACK - IMEI/SN No. 862741018067088)given to fourtech computers(Shivajinagar pune) on 22-08-2014
for repairing , The mobile is purchased in 25 Jan 2014,
The mobile having charging problem, charging has not happening.
we have not received any feed back from last one month. Nobody in service center given proper update.
I tiring to escalate to MR Deepak Karpe (service manager) but unable to contact.

we are very unhappy service provided to customer by Lenovo.
