Load shedding at Delang block, unnecessary

Respected Sir,
Congratulations, I hope that, you may remain busy in the way of providing service to the nation. Besides this I would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor distribution of electricity at some portions of Delang block. In this regard it is reported that, out of the small/big localities around Delang block, no locality is suffering from power cut of two hours per day, except Delang block. Some portions of Delang 11kv supplied from Sakhigopal feeder, have no power cut. But why Delang is suffering from these irregularities ? So what is the rule binding only with Delang block to suffer this load shedding since many months before and which is still continued. I think it is a very poor management and distribution of power among the localities of Puri and Khurda district. Please provide me the details regarding this unfortunate situation and as a responsible officer you may not ignore this. I'm awaiting for your response. Thanking you.
