LG Flat TV Not functioning

I purchased this LG Flat TV 2 years ago only and I got problem from the beginning only i.e. within a year that was rectified by you. Now again I am facing major problem, i.e. Picture got wider....then hessay with multiple lines ..... now NO Picture. What to do? For me this LG doesn't mean Life's Good but Life Gone. My No. is 7654514332. Need help to exchange this.
