Dear Sir/ Madame
Hello I'm Hiralall Leeladhur from Mauritius. I bought a Lenovo Mobile A328 on 19/11/14 at Vaishno Electronics Pvt Ltd, New Delhi to gift it to my nephew. I took my flight by home the following day 20/11/14. I didn't get time to check it. To my great surprise when i'm back home the keypad is not working and i'm supposed to gift it. I didn't know what to do. Please help me. I'm attaching all the necessary reference numbers.
