Kini Toll Plaza - Corruption against double toll charged

Today travelled through kini Toll plaza in afternoon, it charged 70 Rs for FT2304315787901372 at 15:19 pm then returned back at 14:18 pm FT2304316787970189 it charged 70 again. Is this Toll having special condition to charge every time instead of taking return charges only.
I see lot of similar complaint against Kini Toll Plaza, but you have never commented resolution for the same, if you can provide that people atleast have some understanding of issue.
Why you are looking at it as bigger scam and solving it as one by one case.

Do something, else everybody will take law in hand and teach a lesson to their staff then you all will be realize that common man is a lot of suffering with these corruption.
