karbonn A90 ringer problem

I am Kulasekaran working as a software developer and I recently purchased Karbonn A90 ,its working fine for me about 3 months, but after some days I can’t receive sound from the expected level. So I took that to service center located in Chennai (Purasaivalkam branch).Then they received and told that its ringer problem and I’ll take another 7 days to resolve .When I go and ask them after 7 days then they told its having board problem and I’ll take another 15 days. Then I went there again after 15 days, at that time they told to me that your issue is not yet resolved and come back on next week Wednesday. Again when I go there than they told me come by next week Monday. After that they told board is not available you will get it within next two weeks. But am no need to worry about that, because my product is on warranty.so it’s your responsibility to provide me the support for that product for another one year. Then lots of fight happens between me and the service center people, after that they committed on this week Friday. If I didn't received my mobile within Friday am going to file a case against the service center and also karbonn mobiles. Please note that my mobile is warranty. If the delay will happens, I want extend my warranty period for one month.
