I bought Samsung cell phone battery on 07/08/2014. After 3.5 months of purchase it stated giving me problem. I visited Vardhman Diamond Plaza,D.B Gupta Road,Opp Pahar Ganj Police Station,Paharganj,New Delhi your representative asked me about bill with TIN number. And your representative said that we can not change the battery without TIN number. When I contacted concerned shop, they are saying that they don't have TIN number. Please help me in resolving this issue.
