Delivery late and delivery boy not working properly.

i have booked a gas cyliynder after 7days but not delivered so i am going to the agency for enquiry so there delivery boy is talking very angreely. and say i will not deliver your cylinder on time. So what is this about my cyliynder and your delivery boy.
