delay in road construction after innaugrated by cm sir and not respond by duda authority

i would like to inform you that i Awanish kr singh from ward 17 jungle tulsiram west Gorakhpur .last 7 year all of us are completely banned in rainy season due to water drainage but last year after passed tender from vivek jwellers to Ram babu singh' house in jungle tulsiram west and innaugrated by honourable cm sir we have some hope that next year we did not suffering from this difficulties but duda authority and contractor do not started work from 1 year .he always says i will start in some days but not do and i also complaint in jansunwayi portal but they also did not respond of this complaint.now my last hope is from youto please raise my voise start work before rainy season.
