Dear Sir,

Kindly inform you that my Name Trilok Chand or your's consumer and consumer ID no.10609312 at bhoosan indane Plot No.600, 104-A, Mundka, Delhi-110041, Sir I am not satisfy your delivery man and your call attending team because my cylinder is not deliver till date and my booking date is 17th Sept.2014 and my cylinder is empty last 10 days. Your deliver man and your call attending team are says me that your cylinder deliver one day two day three days but my cylinder is not deliver till date. So please the necessary action against the delivery man and call attending team and please deliver my cylinder earlier as possible.
