On today I called up at the office of your good self and enquired about the recovery of my cell phone given to you on 21-Oct-2014.for servicing; it is to be noted that the warranty period of my cell is in existing. Your representative told me that it will take another month for my cell phone to get serviced.
I have undergone enough of the hardship, and I am unhappy with your service and bound to see other options including legal.
