cheat by a lg dealer buying of microwave

i purcheshed a micro wave model name MC 2144CP n by a dealer (pritima enterprises) n they send me microwave at my home and then i open and check microwave was MC2143CB i feel cheated n contact with dealer and they totally refused to pay or exchenge please help me
