I have S 650 Silver cell bought from KKonnect the bill no. 450001261 Dt. 02/05/2014, IMEI NO.-864366024714677, THE PROBLEM IT IS TOTAL AND DOES NOT GET CHARGED I HAVE ALSO SUBMITTED THE CELL TO THE SERVICE PL. DO THE NEEDFUL BY RECTIFYING THE SAME ASAP.
