canvas l a108 function problem

hello,

I have purchased my micromax canvas l a108 phone before 15 days ago,now it gives problems as:
1.) If i try to delete a contact then it show me a pop-up for delete that,but that pop-up does not works.Same problem in many other functions like,
if i select a message by tapping on particular sms then again same pop-up for deleting sms not works,and same thing like if i long press power button and choose power off option then also pop-up not works,
Please reply ASAP.
