1) why my call has been cancelled without knowing me?

2) why service center authorized people fails in there commitment?

3) what action were taken against the service center?

4) why people were not co-operating with me?

5) when higher authority will take action this issue?

6) as i have given approval for the estimate cost why my phone is not been repaired?

7 )why higher estimate is given to the customer by the service center people?

8)as i m being waiting for 2 hrs in service center why job sheet is not been prepared?


waiting for your co-operative support for this issue & i am really being sorry to say that i am being fade with this service.
