No Proper update or Reply on RTO ownership transfer date

After many followups to customercare and sales persons, there is no reply to my queary of due date for RTO Ownership transfer.

Further, full payment has been already given to CAR DEKHO, but after service is like fraud and non- professional.

IF CAR DEKHO IS NOT ABLE TO FULL FILL RTO PROCEESS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF GIVEN TIME FROM INVOICE DATE, REQUEST YOU TO GET ME REFUND OF Rs. 3,27,000 WITH INTERESS PLUS MY OTHER EXPENSES INVOLVED TO GET CAR PURCHASING PROCESS
