Cp plus camera not working, now 1 of the camera is not working

Last month I buyed cp plus camera. now 1 of the camera is not working.i had complained on CP plus Customer care but no one is coming and they are demanding to take service charge on the visit infact I am still in my warranty period. And I was told in warranty period no charge will be taken .
Kindly take strict action on this.
