Dear sir/madam,
With ref the attached bill ref. 22555 dt 08-11-2015, it is to be informed you that our refrigerator is not at all ok from their service, Their service engineer visited our house 2/3 times at our residence Barrackpore, change some parts, machine remain ok for next 3-4 days after that it is creating same problem (cooling not done). Now they are claiming extra charges for service though we have already paid full amount of service charge as per their service bill.
Pl look in to the matter, I am a 82 years old man living only with my wife.
It is really very critical time for us.
