I booked a OLA Micra cab on 02-06-2017 around 06:45 a.m. My parents on boarded in right vehicle and provided OTP to driver. When my parents did not reach home at expected time I called to my parents and they said driver is picking and dropping others. I was shocked. Because of technical reason OLA Micra got converted to OLA share automatically as I guess or OLA has made a new way to make money.
I called to driver and asked his name, he said "Manjunatha" but according to message which I received driver should be Ramesh.
Then I received trip got completed message and fare is Rs. 160. Now I was not able to track where is the vehicle exactly. I called my parents and since they were new to Bengaluru they were not able to tell the location.
I called to OLA and asked them to track the vehicle; but even they are not able to track the vehicle and not able to contact driver and asking me to call the parents to leave the car where ever they are.
At last my parents left the car and came to home somehow by auto.
