Poor service of Ola Cabs

I landed at Rajkot but Ola cabs wasted my 1 hour and I have done 3 booking from the airport one sidan then mini and at last Ola Auto was booked but the drivers cancelled the booking after 15 minutes. This is ridiculous. I had to book a private taxi at 500 Rs inplace of 170 Rs.
