Pass Auto Renewal without the account holder's consent

Namaskar,

I am a frequent user of Ola cab services, but it is happening several times that the Ola pass is getting renewed without my consent and the amount is getting auto debited from my Ola Money.
On reporting the matter to Ola Support services, i am not receiving the revert stating they are helpless.
Kindly note I reported the fact to them with screenshot that I have no option on the Application to do so.

In case u are of any help, kindly assist in getting my refund from Ola.
