I booked a ride today for my sister from Airport to Home. My sister travelled alone. The expected fare was 497.78. On reaching destination, the Driver showed 665 fare on his mobile, which my sister paid in cash. But, the travel was not ended by then. He ended the trip after half an hour on which I could receive the fare amount as 497.78.
I am overcharged by 167.22. I tried calling the driver many times but his mobile is switch off. I even complaint via app but no satisfactory response.
