I had booked OLA from my mobile no. 9409309685 and started outstation OLA ride on date 10.11.2021 02.04 pm and End on 14.11.2021 08.10 pm ( for 1009 km, 102 hr 7 min). But OLA has charged me for 1138 km and 124 hrs. They calculated base fare as Rs.11380 (1138 x 10) instead of Rs. 10090. I complained OLA on 14.11.2021 reg. this but they not replying positively and till date i have not given any refund reg. excess bill charged by OLA. so i had to pay Rs.1290 + Taxes extra. as excess payment.
