OLA Driver taken Cash and OLA app sent me bill for the same ride

I took a ride on May 15,2022. When I reached my destination the driver told me to pay the amount I had seen at the time of booking as his internet was not working. He gave me a card to scan and I paid Rs.830 from gpay to him and moved away.
After a week, I got a postpaid bill of Rs.918 for the same ride. I have been struggling with OLA customer care for being charged twice for 1 ride. (Tkt - 324805313)
