I took a ola ride [CRN No.1345951010 -Micro Vehicle-25.8 kms time: 59 mts] from Sankara Netralaya College Road Nungambakkam to Velachery Main Road, Tambaram East, Chennai 59, on 20/12/2017 at 2.30 PM. I was charged Rs.804/- On confirmation of vehicle, there was no estimated amount given, nor about surging/peak time tariff. There are no. of complaints from people who are looted by ola like me, sr.citiizen aged 82 years. Is there no Enforcement Machinery to curb such unscruplous Ola service? OLD MUST BE TAKEN UP IMMEDIATELY.
