CRN 783930408 - On 9-june evening I was in Greater Noida to attend a function though I am putting up in Indirapuram (Ghaziabad) , to attend the same function I book Ola Rental service (8 hrs & 80kms) to pick my parents from my residence at Indirapuram at around 6.30 pm , bring them to Party Venue at G-85 , Beta-2 , Greater Noida , wait for 2-3 hrs & drop them back to my residence at Indirapuram again . Please note this is 1st time I used Rental Service (otherwise normally take pick / drop service only from Ola) & I booked this service from my mobile from Greater Noida to pick my Old parents who are Indirapuram, since my parents are Sr. Citizens so to give them comfort only I used this service but on the contrary it proved to be a nightmare for me.

Since 1st time we used this service so not to aware how to go about & banking on driver only .. Since I booked rental service from my mobile so post booking forwarded the message regarding OTP etc to my parents who ultimately taking the service. Driver picked my parents from Indirapuram residence & when reached at destination at Greater Noida he asked to make entire payment of Rs 1508 & trip ending PIN too since my parents are older , new to Delhi / NCR & seldom use cab services after initial apprehensions he provided the same to driver assuming & banking that since he is with Ola so wouldn't misguide , moreover he asked him to wait for 2-3 hrs when he entered the party venue & where function was happening & I was already present he told me this incidence which gave me the sense that driver has done fraud , immediately I called up the driver & in 4th attempt he picked phone - I asked where are you , he said I am in Delhi & I heavily fired on him but he disconnected the phone & then didn't pick up phone. Then I called up your customer case , driver remained non contactable to them too & they also didn't give any satisfactory response.

This created lot of discomfort , tension , loss of money & post function in 3rd attempt & after wait of 1 hr I managed a Taxi for my parents for taking them back to residence at Indirapuram.

I never believed that Drivers attaching with Ola would be so fraudulent & when contacting Ola customer care would be so irresponsible & wouldn't be able to give any solution - in turn I am getting mail that your problem has been resolved while nothing happened.

Now I want punitive action against culprit driver & want my money of Rs 1508 to be refunded as it didn't serve any purpose for me while created problems only ...Believe me Ola may be a menace for Sr. Citizens , ladies who 1st time using this service & befooled / looted by Ola Drivers.
