There was forceful deduction of amount on 31.08.2017 of the trip which was done on 6th Feb 2017 from my paytm account by uber. The payment details for amount deducted on 31st Aug 2017 is as follows: Paid for OrderUBER Order #2ef708baa52746998db15e3ac0b00a1Paytm Cash Txn ID 141234909822017-08-31 07:43:40 PM Rs 125.4
The payment for this trip was already done on 6th Feb 2017. The payment details are as follows: Paid for OrderUBER Order #2ef708baa52746998db15e3ac0b00a0Paytm Cash Txn ID 63796958862017-02-06 007:04:13 AM Rs 125.4

This is gross violation of customer trust and a good example of pathetic customer service.

Registered complaint with uber on 3rd September. Requested uber to explain how a customer would remember a trip made in 6th Feb 2017 on 31st August 2017 and how can Uber deduct amount twice from my paytm account for the same trip. Also requested refund.

It's been 3 days since then. UBER is accepting their fault but is reluctant to initiate refund.

This incident shows unfair means and intent of Uber to earn it's revenue.

Regards
Saptarshi
