I have portion to Vodafone 3 months ago the I received first bill there are wrong changes for data in my bill I have called 198 and told my problem and Vodafone admit that wrong charges and waived off
In next bill same problem repeated this time Vodafone extra changed me for data and call also.I again contact Vodafone and Vodafone admit mistake and wave off call charges but not data charges.
In this way I realize that it may be possible that Vodafone is charging wrong to many or all of customers and collect money from customer who have no time to check Bill
In that way Vodafone is cheating peoples in India
So why should Vodafone not charged a penalty of 1000 times the fake charges
