Auto No. : MP 09 R 9580
The fair charged on the ride was Rs 35 out of which Rs 20 was debited from Jugnoo wallet and amount payable in cash was Rs 15.
Still, the driver strictly asked for Rs 35.
When I tried to call the driver with different numbers, we realised that he has blocked all the contact numbers by which we tried to call him. On calling him with another number, he picked up and misbehaved with us on the phone.
Thus, I request you to kindly coordinate with him and get our unnecessarily charged Rs 20 refunded.
Also I request you to take strict actions against the driver. We are the regular users of Jugnoo Autos and we surely don't expect anything like this to happen again.
