Dear Officer,

I had been a vodafone customer until i opted for porting to BSNL network with the number 8121718146.


I had applied for porting on the 13th of Jan 2016 along side paying my amount of 3500 on the 18th Jan 2016 (though my bill date was 19th), which had an excess amount of 300 as the bill amount was only 3200.

I had received a call from a vodafone executive requesting me not to port and had even confirmed the receipt of the amount paid towards my bill over the conversation.

To my shock , my porting was rejected on the 21st Jan 2016 due to non payment of my due, which is a blatant lie on part of vodafone. Also starting harassment from vodafone.

Shocked by this, when i called customer care, in a very casual manner they tell me to port again which was very rude on their part.

Again they tell i had some pmore amount to be paid which i had paid.

After some time, they send me bill, which is only a harassment.

I had written to them that they could not reject my porting like that and subject to such bad treatment, but they have not responded, instead they cut my line for not paying an amount of 454.

Request you to kindly help me compensate for inconvenience caused due to unreasonable rejection of my porting and terminating my connection, alongside helping in restoring my line.

    i requested vodafone 4 times to close off my postpaid no with no dues i pay my bills every month and the 4th time they took the forms and assured it will be done so i destroyed my sim and opted to Airtel and
    now after 6 months they are harassing me with a bill on the same no i have no incoming calls or outgoing calls on that number for past 6 months.
    I want to go to court for this harassment and poor customer service this is too much they are calling on daily basis.
