Today,(12.02.22), I, with my husband, baby and my mom were travelling from Purulia to Kolkata. We took a halt at Shaktigarh in front of Langcha Mahal, a sweet-shop and had some tea. The seller took Rs. 20/- for a quarter cup of tea and his behaviour was also very rude. When we complained about this, they started insulating us like anything and misbehaved with me and used extremely abusive words, even for my 62 years old mom. Also, there wasn't any chart rates in the whole shop. We inquired about that but they said that it was none of our business.
Being a lady, I request you all to take necessary actions against this seller so that other customers don't have to face these issues anymore.
