Poor Response and delay of booking

I am working in Ethical and Economical Energy Krishnagiri, yesterday I sent our person to delivery office for booking from krishnagiri to thane. The delivery manager said I was booking in night left the parcel. Our person also left the parcel and today we went to ask him they said today night will book it the parcel. He said so cool. We have urgent delivery for the parcel. Your people has worst response for customer.

The parcel still the today 6.30PM (30/9/2022). they are not booking

Worst response and we waste our time

This is not a single time. every time it was happen. Today the extreme level worst experience.
