Non payment for supply of Wheat and chickpea

Shree nath trading has purchaser wheat and chickpea from our company naned as Patel Sons worth Rs.12,22,155/-.
Unfortunately, the customer has not paid amount within due date and even cheque given as security for this supply got bounced. Even we have been trying to contact the customer but no response from the customer either from his office or godown.
