No service but charging every month with JustDial and they had committed to provide quality leads

I have started contract with JustDial and they had committed to provide quality leads for my Insurance and Investment business.
Since than I have complaint N number of times regarding fake leads and receiving leads which is of low cost but they are not able to improve it.
At the time of signing contract they told me contract can be ended anytime with written communication but now they are denying and forcing me to pay every month without getting business.
